Ordering & Dates
How to get on the baking schedule, from your first click to a confirmed date.
-
Start on our What We Bake page to see pricing and design rules, browse the gallery for ideas, then fill out the order form. Answer every question as completely as you can. The more detail you give, the better I can plan your order.
-
At least one week for all custom orders. That gives me time to plan your design, source materials and bake your order with care. Orders with less notice may be declined.
-
Yes. Everything is sold by the dozen, with a one-dozen minimum.
-
Not until it's confirmed. The date picker shows a tentative baking schedule, and grayed-out dates are already full or unavailable. Picking a date doesn't hold your spot. Your order is confirmed only after I review it, send your quote and you pay.
-
I review every request personally and may email you with questions, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). Submitting the form does not guarantee your order is accepted. If it is, you'll get a custom quote based on your selections and design details.
-
At the bottom of the order form. Submitting the form means you agree to them, so give them a quick read first.
-
¡Sí! Hablamos español. Check out Lo Que Horneamos for our menu and the Forma de Orden to order in Spanish.

Payment, Changes & Deals
When to pay, what's final, and how to save a little.
-
Yes. Full payment is required once your order is accepted. After I review and approve your order, you'll get a custom quote. Full payment confirms your order and secures your spot on the baking schedule.
-
Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, your design is locked and all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or changes can be made after payment.
-
Yes! Our current promo codes live on our Sweet Deals page, and they change all the time. Check there before you order.
-
Drop it in the "Have a Promo Code?" field on the order form. Mention it up front. We can't add a code after payment.
-
One code per order. Codes don't stack with other offers, except the 5% follow bonus. That one always stacks.
-
Follow us on TikTok, Facebook or Instagram and send us a message saying "Order up!" You'll get an extra 5% off your entire order, on top of any promo code.
-
Deals can change or disappear without notice. Check the Sweet Deals page for current deals and end dates before you order.

Designs & Photos
How many designs you get, what changes the price, and how to send your ideas.
-
1 dozen gets 1–2 designs. 2 dozen gets up to 3. 3 dozen gets up to 4. 4+ dozen gets up to 5. Every design gets at least six cookies.
-
Yes! Extra designs are +$10 each. Or level up: add another dozen to unlock another design, plus 12 more cookies.
-
More colors, more piping, more shine.
The Basic Punch: 1–2 colors plus white. A name or short phrase. Clean and simple.
The Knockout (most popular): 3–4 colors plus white. Lettering, small piped florals, bows or ruffles, and a touch of gold, silver or rose gold.
The Main Event: 5+ colors plus white. Heavy piping, florals, metallic accents and hand-piped figures.
Your quote is based on the level your design lands in.
-
Right after you submit the order form. Email inspiration photos, images to print and photos of your colors to contact@thedoughpuncher.com. Put your name and pickup date in the subject line. No photos means I pick the design.
-
A clear, high-resolution image. Blurry in means blurry out. Want piped details around the print? We can do that. Fancier gets pricier.
-
Only if you own them or have permission to use them.
-
Send it my way! I'll do my best to capture the look you love, but every order is tailored to your event, so your cookies will have their own personal touches.
-
Close, not exact. Icing is food, not paint, and screens change how colors look. Send a photo of your real colors (an invite, napkin or swatch) and I'll get as close as I can.
-
Maybe. I photograph my work. Planning a surprise? Just tell me and I'll keep it quiet until after your event.

Treats & Pricing
Cookies, printed cookies, cake pops and Oreos, plus what each one costs.
-
Starting at $50 per dozen, with a one-dozen minimum. Full-size sugar cookies with every detail piped by hand. Pricing may increase based on design complexity, detail and colors.
-
Starting at $50 per dozen, with a one-dozen minimum. Your photo, logo or artwork printed sharp and full color on a hand-iced cookie.
-
Yes! They're great for client gifts, company events and promos. We keep your design on file, so every order after the first is just a headcount and a date. Pricing is by inquiry, so reach out and let's set something up.
-
Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon, Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream and Birthday Cake. One flavor per dozen.
-
$35 per dozen. $32 per dozen when you order 2 dozen. $30 per dozen when you order 3 dozen or more.
-
Round is drizzle only. Flat circle and flat square can be drizzled or printed with an edible image.
-
Printing only happens on flat circles and flat squares, because a sphere just won't hold a photo. And printed pops are always dipped in white chocolate. Anything darker eats the picture alive!
-
Pick one chocolate color per dozen. It's used for both the dip and the drizzle. Printed Oreos can be dipped in any color or classic white.

Pickup, Delivery & Care
Getting your order home and keeping it looking good.
-
Surprise, AZ (85379). The exact address is sent once your order is confirmed.
-
Yes, delivery is available for an added cost.
-
No shipping. Cookies don't like the dark, and they really don't like being tossed around in a box. Pickup and local delivery only.
-
Please arrive on time. Pickup times are scheduled, and late arrivals may not be accommodated. If you can't make your pickup time, let me know as soon as possible.
-
Every order leaves our hands at its best, and we stand behind our work. From there, keeping it that way is up to you.
Keep them cool, dry and out of the sun. Never leave them in a hot car. Arizona melts things fast. Carry the box flat and handle it with care.
Once your order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for melted, damaged or broken cookies.
-
No. Everything is made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy and nut products. If allergies are serious, these aren't the treats for you.
-
Clean, simple ingredients you can pronounce. We're a home-based, family-run bakery under the Arizona Cottage Food Program. These are treats, not health food: not low fat, not sugar-free, not high-protein. Just delicious.
