Step 3: Submit the Order Form
🛒 Order at least ONE WEEK before your pickup date.
Answer every question completely and accurately. The more detail you give, the better I can plan your order.
Picking a date does not reserve it. Grayed-out dates are already full or unavailable.
Read the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the form before you submit.
Step 4: Email Your Photos
📧 Send your photos right after you submit.
Email inspiration photos, images to print and photos of your colors to contact@thedoughpuncher.com. Put your name and pickup date in the subject line. No photos means I choose the design.
Step 5: Review and Quote
📬 I review every request personally.
I may email you with questions, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder). Submitting the form does not guarantee your order is accepted. If it is, you'll receive a custom quote based on your selections and design details.
Step 6: Pay to Confirm
💳 Full payment confirms your order and secures your date.
Once payment is received, your design is locked and all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or changes after payment.
Step 7: Pickup or Delivery
📍 Pickup is in Surprise, AZ.
You'll get the exact address once your order is confirmed. Delivery is available for an added cost. Please arrive during your pickup time.
