Availability & Scheduling

The date picker on the order form reflects our tentative baking schedule.

  • If a date is grayed out, our oven is already full or we are unavailable that day

  • If you are able to select and submit a date, thatโ€™s great โ€” please note this does not guarantee a spot on our baking rack

All orders are confirmed only after review and approval.

If your order is accepted, you will receive a custom quote based on your selections and design details.

Payment Policy

๐Ÿ’ณ Full payment is required once your order is accepted.

After your order is reviewed and approved, you will receive a custom quote.
Full payment must be made to secure your spot on our baking schedule.

Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made after payment has been submitted.

Advance Notice Required

โณ A minimum of TWO WEEKSโ€™ notice is required for all custom orders.

This allows us adequate time to:

  • Plan and finalize designs

  • Source materials

  • Prepare and bake your order with care

Orders submitted with less than two weeksโ€™ notice may be declined.
